iiTHRIFTS CONSIGNMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. What We Accept
   iiTHRIFTS accepts selected vintage, modern, branded and NWT (new with tags) children's clothing in good to excellent condition.
2. EXAMPLE: NIKE, DISNEY, ADIDAS, REEBOK, NICKELODEON, OSHKOSH, SPORTS NFL, NHL, NBA, ECT. 

All items are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline items that are unsuitable for our store, including items that are heavily worn, damaged, stained, counterfeit, unsafe, or not consistent with the iiTHRIFTS brand.

2. Preparing Your Items
Please ensure all items are clean, washed and ready to sell before sending them to us. Items should be free from excessive stains, odours, damage or other undisclosed issues.

Please disclose any known faults, alterations or imperfections when submitting your items if major, minor wash wear, marks, or pinholes are to be expected.

3. How Consignment Works
Customers are expected to ship or drop off thier consignments at thier own costs to the provided iithrifts address. Once your items are received, iiTHRIFTS will curate, photograph, advertise and sell the accepted pieces through our website, social media and/or Live Sales.

By submitting your items for consignment, you authorise iiTHRIFTS to market and sell those items on your behalf.

4. Your Earnings
Once an item sells and the sale is completed, you will receive 50% of the final sale price. ( Payouts will be made within 5-10 business days of the sale being made to allow time for processing & confirmation.

Payments will be made using the payment method agreed between you and iiTHRIFTS.

5. Pricing & Sales
iiTHRIFTS will determine appropriate listing and sale prices based on factors such as brand, condition, rarity, demand and current market value. ( if you wish for particular items to have set prices this will need to be arranged prior to ensure we can meet this expectation ).

We may use website promotions, discounts, Live Sales or other approved selling strategies to help move your items. Any applicable discount will be reflected in the final sale price used to calculate your 50% share.

6. Unsold Items
Items that do not sell will remain available for the agreed consignment period ( STANDARD CHECK IN PERIOD 6 WEEKS) Once that period ends, iiTHRIFTS will contact you regarding collection, return or any further arrangement available.

Any items that are not collected or arrangements for return are not made within the agreed timeframe may be subject to additional storage or return costs.

7. Item Condition & Disclosure
iiTHRIFTS will take reasonable care when handling and listing your items. However, we rely on you to provide accurate information about the item's condition and history.

If an undisclosed fault, damage, authenticity concern or other significant issue is discovered, iiTHRIFTS may remove the item from sale and contact you to discuss the next steps.

8. Sales to Customers
Once an item is sold by iiTHRIFTS, the customer purchase is between the customer and iiTHRIFTS. iiTHRIFTS remains responsible for meeting applicable New Zealand consumer law obligations in relation to the sale.

9. Care of Your Items
We will take reasonable care of your items while they are in our possession. If an item is accidentally damaged or lost while in our care, we will contact you and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

10. Authenticity
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the items you submit and have the right to consign them for sale.

Items must be genuine. iiTHRIFTS does not accept counterfeit goods. If an item is found to be counterfeit or otherwise not legally saleable, it will be removed from sale and returned to the sender.

11. Agreement to These Terms
By submitting items to iiTHRIFTS for consignment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Consignment Terms & Conditions.
