Welcome to iiTHRIFTS. By accessing or purchasing from our store you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which all form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About us
iiTHRIFTS is a New Zealand small business selling thrifted vintage & branded children's, youth , and adults clothing.

Who can buy
we welcome everyone to purchase from our store, weather you are a parent or collector we support it all here and welcome to you into the thrifting fam.

Our products
All items are second-hand and may show signs of previous wear. We describe and photograph each item as accurately as we can, including any known faults. Colors and measurements may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Every item is one-of-a-kind, so once it sells it is a low chance to be able to source again however if you are ever in search of a particular item please do not hesitate to flick us a message so we can do our best to source it for you. We recommend washing all items before rocking them.

Brands and authenticity
Some items feature well-known brands or licensed characters. iiTHRIFTS is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these brands. All items are sold as genuine pre-loved goods to the best of our knowledge. 

Children's product safety
We take child safety seriously. We check items before listing and will not knowingly sell anything unsafe. 

Pricing and payment
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST. Payment is taken securely at checkout via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Afterpay. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is no longer available or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Title and risk
Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, in line with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and our Returns & Refunds Policy for your options if something is wrong with your order.

Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to us contacting you about your order. If you sign up to our marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe our intellectual property. All content, branding, and images on this site belong to iiTHRIFTS unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iiTHRIFTS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, please contact us first, we want to be her to support with kindness and professionalism always.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
